An Intro

The other day…

  • I like the quotes on productivity a moment ago.
  • I like that I stumbled upon this podclss# which is relevant to the task I’m working on.
  • I remember that I enjoyed watching that cutest animals clip on #yt a while ago.
  • Don’t know if I enjoyed my morning cup of tea this Sunday.
  • Didn’t get to read the #nppr yet.
  • I find the doorbell especially this moment very annoying.
  • I find this app really useful. #workflowy

Meanwhile…

  • I naturally went back into my mindspace. It was clear that these inset of tasks and attenuations have urged me to retarget on and again my atmost priorities.
  • It only boggles me that no matter how easily I co-operate and function across these multiple interfaces and mindspaces the one simple objective at hand seems to slip away by a lack there of seemlessness.
  • It overwhelms me to not able to understand the hidden management skills and orientational side effects like assortion, addressal, aspirational assertions, accuracy of annotations and of affirmative notations that are suppose to tailor these non repetitive tasks into cohesive manifestation of action.

“I’m a Machine learning organism competing with the machine learning algorithms that are incapable to learn from the Organism’s algorithms.”

  • However the innumerable itsy bitsy parts of this process (and tools) make the work more tangible but may over time counterfeit these processes they contribute to.
  • Clearly the mindspace’s cache is more flexible and fluid when jotting down a notepad as opposed to plotting a rigid mind map. The accumulative cognitive inertia of wanting to get more out of a routine and more out the inboxes of these toolchains are clogging the flow of action.
  • Multitasking would mean getting each of the individual task done less at the end of the day.
  • The more data sets and nodes that are generated and pushed across these rigidity of protocols, tools and devices the more volatile the ecosystem of collaboration interfaces become as design starts to look dated, predated by these workflows.
  • Some how the (physical) notepad simplifies the brainstorming behavior to its bare minimum dexterity. No splash screens, no menus, no buttons, no icons, no internet, best part no ads!
  • What’s overwhelms me now is the overworked, overthought, overlooked, overtalked, over valued applicabilities of these networks may not learn from the aforementioned orientational "interactive" mechanisms stemmed from the neural networks of the mind 'bin' organically.
  • I’m a Machine learning organism competing with the machine learning algorithms that are incapable to learn from the Organism’s algorithms.
  • We need a Organic Machine to truly organize our workforce and not just machines to handle our workloads. Otherwise it is logically imperative that all these builds of interconnectedness of however intuitive interfaces there may be, at the end of the day it’s just a mechanical endeavor of pumping more and more information into the cloud.
  • At the epitome of these telecommunicable software is the interconnectivity of human commitment to make things effective.

After a quick break..

I got distracted again… “quickly…quickly… my random access memory may truncate these logs of inputs..” so I hurriedly rush to the coove.. my zen and get back to where I was….

  • Human interaction makes everything effervescent and effective viz., affected by the interfaces we now use to interact with ourselves.
  • What makes this process seemless is our ability to see through these screens beyond our apparent need to drive and achieve objective. We like to interact and interact in as many forms and media as possible.
  • Clearly again the lack there of human interaction devices (HID) does not make the interaction intuitive or simply smart.
  • But the GUI has not evolved to perfection either however the quantum of computing over the decades.
  • We are smart by the means with which we can convey our ideas across multimedia by these visual aid of application interfaces.

“App’s capability must aid user capability.”

🤔 Thus a mere tool like a (digital) notepad and the genesis of .txt files are still the building blocks and basic visual aid in our day to day, app to app, user to user, object to object mapping of things. Text remains the simplest value asset of our functioning world (physical or virtual).

  • Yet with the overwhelming tools that access a ton of text to help us use these Visual aided, typed, tabbed, toggled, tagged, tappable, near touchable user interfaces there seems to something still seamlessly missing.
  • Visual communication transcends across time and dimension. Thus far very two dimensional from rock caves to rastor canvases, the hyperactivity of sending and receiving information is the key element that drives these tools.
  • The process nevertheless is always organic and creative.
  • The diversification of ui and relative experiences should not restrict or limit our hyperactivity and must allow room for error much like the (physical) notepad....scribbling, striking off, erasing, rewriting, etc., actions which are organic as opposed to cut, copy, paste, undo redo, etc., which are mechanical.
  • Usability drives experiences and user interaction improves by usage. The experience is really designed by the end user in his or her applicability of the app.
  • App’s capability must aid user capability.
  • As a product designer I must first Visualize and effectively communicate the idea for a interface to design the experience beforehand, before it’s engineered or mechanically learned.

:-) .

💭 I pause a minute to notice that the simplicity of plain emoji as opposed to the graphical one before unintentionally exclaims the very prehistoric usage of hieroglyphics, glyphs, symbols etcetera to denote an idea…

which to this very moment remains a core component of our human genome…

What can history, science and math tell you though textbooks the efficacy of text shows our evolution at a glance.

  • Digital product development must have the understanding from time to time to re-visualize and reorganize the visual interface to produce more usability and there by user’s productivity. Hence a product in it’s own right than just a app.
  • Thus the experience becomes organic.
  • While functionality comes first and form (visual or virtual) next, usability is next priority and Experience Designing is the byproduct.
  • To understand the organizational process of product design from tool to tool, framework to framework we must see Function, Usage and Experence interoperability.
  • UX and XD needs to visualize and communicate the idea that Usability and Experience lie independently and may go beyond the vector interfaces (UI) of current applications.
  • Interactivity lies between the thin air of user interface and interaction of the user.
